Thanksgiving
Since moving to the US eight years ago, Thanksgiving has become a tradition for me, just as it is for millions of Americans.
If you don’t live in the US, Thanksgiving is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and appreciate the good things in our lives, especially those we often take for granted.
This year, I’m especially thankful for:
- My lovely wife, Flor, who brings me peace and encourages me to do things I wouldn’t attempt without her support.
- My always-present family, both near and far.
- Lifelong friends who continue to be there, regardless of the distance.
- Good health, both mentally and physically.
- Molly, my adorable English bulldog.
- Our new home and neighborhood, which feel like a fresh start.
- My work and my new teams, who challenge me every day.
- The opportunity to live in the best city in the world.
- Becoming a naturalized American citizen, a milestone I’ll always treasure.
- Being part of a generation that experienced both the origin of the internet and the current AI transformation.
Happy Thanksgiving! Feliz Día de Acción de Gracias! 🦃
